  1. how come sami yusuf only uses music in his songs? it would be nice if he also had versions of songs without music sold on CDs cuz some ppl dont like listening to music. Mashallah he has a nice voice but he needs to make versions of songs without music so everyone could listen to them.

  2. asalamualaykum wa rahmatallah

  6. Asalamualaykum. MashaAllah TabarakAllah, I think Sami Yusif’s voice is beautiful and his way of enhancing it with simple instruments is amazing. May Allah bless him for his efforts and love for the Prophet Muhammad (SullAllahu A’alayhe Wa Salam). I very highly appriciate (and hope to also someday have one like it [inshaAllah]) his marvellous ability to calm people and encourage people’s religiousness with his voice and praises to Allah and the Prophet (S A A W S). I pray that Allah will bless us all with such abilities, inshaAllah. Was Salamu A’alaykum Wa Rahmatullahe Wa Barakatu. 🙂

  11. there are haram instruments in sami yusuf’s songs. according to the majority views within all four madhabs the only halal instrument is the daff (tambourine) and if you listen to some salafi’s they’ll say NO instrument is halal. sami is a great singer, but why taint a great nasheed with haram music that the greatest scholars of islam have said is haram. and dont dismiss this as mere fanaticism, go read what the madhabs and the scholars say themselves, that is all the daleel you need brothers and sisters. just because sami yusuf has a nice voice doesnt mean you should ignore the fact that he’s doing haram and exporting it to the world (and probably making a mint from it at the same time)… astaghfirallah al azeem, pray for sami that allah swt forgives him for his sins and that he starts doing halal nasheeds soon, instead of haram ones.

  12. Yes his voice is very beautiful. May Allah give u more effective tasks and make them achieved.

We (the mukmins insyaallah) dont discriminate between prophets, and cant say as “ours the best”, only Allah has the right to say this. We love all the prophets like we feel for the prophet Mohammad. (support him in the world by reading, understanding and applying the Holly Quran in a very good manner like our Prophet (sav) did )

  13. sami ur the best!

ur voice is mashallah very nice and yrab god bless you and ur family and keep u save and yrab allah takes you to heaven.

    salam 3lakom

  15. Salamz
Yo sami yusuf, biggest salamz, just wana say dat, yeh ur nasheeds totally rock, but, i ,like sum other ppl r worried bout da fact dat u use instruments which r basically haram in ur nasheeds. dats de thing which reallly puts me down. i dnt understand nowdays many nasheed artists are impelemting the use of musical instruments in their productions, and this makes me think 2wice bout listening 2 them.its really a shame, especially when, with the cool voice u got, u dnt need instruemnts in ur nasheeds. Plz make sum new nasheeds WITHOUT haram instruments.
    ur sista, Hafz

  16. Dear Brother Yusuf!

The almighty decorated your voice with such gorgeous gift! All the praises goes to Allah, the most merciful, the most beneficent.

But sad enough, the insturment you used are haram. Like my other brothers and sisters, I do believe, needless to say, you do not need any instruments for your nasheeds, when they are haram.
