Daredevil

After resisting watching it for a long time because of a prejudgment that it would suck, I finally saw Daredevil, and well I was proved wrong.
But how would I know ?
I just tried to imagine Ben Affleck playing the role of a blind superhero, and it just didn’t click for me, lol…

Anyway, it was a cool movie, a lot better than “The Hulk”, and close to “Spider-Man”.
As with every superhero movie, the best part is the discovery phase, in which the hero starts getting in touch with his newly found super powers, and what’s cool about Daredevil is he experiences that in his childhood.

The movie plot isn’t much; he’s just a kid-turned-superhero vigilante who is driven by his thirst for revenge and his will to serve justice and help those who no one helps, and who has to understand much like all other superheroes that he has to be responsible with his powers, and so they try to put a little story around that, a love interest, a cool rival (Bull’s-eye) and a big bad guy (Kingpin).

So don’t expect anything really new story wise, or maybe I’ve just seen too many superhero movies, but the rest is all very good, the effects, the fights, the soundtrack, the acting and even the occasional humor.

In short, I really enjoyed it, and I just might see it again for the fun of it.
