Here is a fun little post to divert our attention away from final 3 of Super Star 4, contestant Kremena Dimitrova from Dobrich, Bulgaria has performed the popular song “Tamally Maak” by Amr Diab recently on May 14 Top 5 performance show of Music Idol - the Bulgarian version of Super Star where the theme for that night was “Foreign & Local Hits”
Here is the video clip:

Needless to say it was an awful performance and Kremena was actually eliminated on the same night hehe! She could have chosen a better arabic song but she is the first contestant outside of Super Star to actually sing an arabic song on the show!
Future Arab SuperStar
to SOMEONE, what the hell is wrong with you, you sound just like that idiot omar who was kick off the site because his dirty language. your dirty mouth needs to be shut. your low level of education shows in the type of language you are using. the 3 words that you posted, mean nothing and make no sense. My advice to you is that if you have something interesting to say, say it, otherwise shut you ugly dirty mouth, OK, good.
any one knows if the prime will be pospone until next Sunday?
Hey Kate
I said WHO CARES ??! WHO CARES WHAT THEY SING ON BULGARIAN CRAPPY TV !
Now .. what happened to last nights prime? did anyone watch it ?? all the news is about the problems in Lebanon they didn’t show it today !
Was it ever performed??
If the site doesn’t work. Go to youtube.com and type “Music Idol Bulgaria - Tamally Maak”.
At first when I read this I was so excited. Amr Diad gets another international recognition. He trult does deserve it wallahi. He’s one the most talented artists out there and I have always been a fan. So I was so pleased.
But when I watched/listened to the performance, the girl killed the song. It was what they call murder. That song is so beautiful that she simply had to ruin it. I personally felt that was a dreadful cover of the song.
to MR SOMEONE, I’m not some 16 years old, you said very nasty word, and you know what I’m talking about. “F word”. Please this is a site to exchange ideas and chat about the superstar show only. nothing more or less. trust me the number of bad words that I know, it will take you another twenty years to know them, but I choose to use the most respectful language out there. that’s what I call cool!
she did a great job, taking into account she has never sang in this language before and does not speak it at all. if one of the Arab Super Star contestants ever sang in bulgarian, then you’d have the right to criticize the efforts of the bulgarain contestants. for now, shut up and keep to your own little awful performances.
What are you people talking about… balgarian superstar??!
I hope not, I want to see Saad Lemjarrad win!! Vote Saad if conditions in Lebanon are better..
Lets focus on the Lebanese superstar! All the conditions is Lebanon are bad right now and if this keeps up, I believe superstar willbe… cancelled :O
dude you are right. The girl tried so hard to pronounce Arabic words as close as she could. Her enormous effort is clear to hear and see. I can’t understand how she could be criticised for that performance specially from an Arab speaker who most likely doesn’t know a single Bulgarian word.
My hat to her.
When will superstar come back on tv. Will it be next week? Im in Australia.
ramz, hopefully next week but look at these articles for more info (al akhbar went overtime with various people talking about it then followed by a boring old movie)

She did great job, i mean it !Im Bulgarian and i do respect TO all arabic music, and believe me its not easy sing something even that you dont know this language and especially arabic cuz its the such dificult language. By the way if you start sing in bulgarian i dont think so that you will be better then her. Yes sure you can critics her, yes sure you are arabic and and so easy to say that she is not good in this song and etc, but be sure its not easy ! Im singer as well and i understand very well what mean to singing some so strange and dificult !

i dunno how but i found this here! i had a look what are you talking about Kremena from Bulgaria, and only i can say that she did great job, cuz it’s to easy from you to say that she is not singing good this song. you can say cuz that 1st you know this laguage and 2nd cuz you are arabic. but be sure that if you sing in bulgarian will be much funny then Kremena as you say about her. bulgarian Music Idol they have only 2 days to learn some song before their concert! for that dont make that commenet about her. Im singer as well and i understand very very well what mean this to sing some very difficulf as is arabic language.
Im bulgarian girl and i respect so much arabic music.
For that my regard to all you whatever you say !

I am Milena from Bulgaria( Varna ) and as i was looking for something i suddenly came across this:
“Here is a fun little post to divert our attention away from final 3 of Super Star 4, contestant Kremena Dimitrova from Dobrich, Bulgaria has performed the popular song “Tamally Maak” by Amr Diab recently on May 14 Top 5 performance show of Music Idol - the Bulgarian version of Super Star where the theme for that night was “Foreign & Local Hits”

Needless to say - I was somewhat irritated by the first part of the statement.
Just notice:
-she is only 15 years-old ( she don’t look like 15, but who cares…)
-she don’t speak Arabic
-her coach said that it was the most complex dialect of Arabic
- “she is the first contestant outside of Super Star to actually sing an arabic song on the show”
By the way, it is touching that there are people who appreciate Kremena’s work >> Thanks Dudu and Al Shanfara
.

I hope for the FREEDOM of the 5 Bulgarian nurses and the doctor from Lebanon wrongly accused of deliberately infecting children with Aid’s … and sentenced to death.
I only say it was the worst because Kremena has been the worst since show began IMXO and rest of the contestants on that night sang better even in the other languages and I know it is a language they don’t know but when i said it was the worst i didn’t base it on that, just I think she could have put a lot more into it.

P.S: friend of mine cast now in surrently your SUPERSTAR, were talk about Kremena and just wanna say his words: ” My hat to her”

Milena bravo !

Kremena Dimitrova performed just great!!! The Music Idol contestants understood on Thursday evening in which 2 languages they have to perform songs next Monday… Kremena had to sing in Arabic and Turkish… this means, only 3 days for choosing one song in Arabic and one song in Turkish, learning how to pronounce the words in these languages, and rehearsing the songs with the live band… Bearing in mind that she is just 15 and knows only a bit of English and German, I can say that she did an incredible job performing these foreign songs!!!!
