Future Arab SuperStarThe sixth prime of the finals of Arab SuperStar 4 on Future TV just ended. The star guest of this episode was Egyptian star Hani Shaker, who performed two of his songs: ‘Bahibbak Ana’ and ‘Ya Retni’.
The show kicked off with the candidates singing a medley of Hani Shaker’s songs.
As I expected last week, the jury chose to save Rihab Saleh and bring her back to the show after she was voted off last week.
As for the contestants’ individual songs, here’s the list of their performances:

- Ibrahim El Ashri (Egypt): Kalam El Nas (George Wassouf)
- Fadi Abd El Khalek (Lebanon): Bit’atibni Ala Kilma (George Wassouf)

- Saad Lemjarrad (Morroco): Hobbak Adhab (Wael Kfoury)
- Ahmad Hussein (Lebanon): Yaba Yaba Lah (Tony Hanna)
- Yosra Mahnoush (Tunisia): Min Izz El Nawm (Feirooz)
My favorite performances from today were by Yosra Mahnoush and Marouen Ali.

I think Marwan is the silent underdog in this contest. He is doing well in a quiet way .. I liked his performance today. I vote for Fadi as I think he has a great voice when he picks the right songs, having said that, I have a feeling that Yusra will win this year.

I think Ahmad is one of the strongest that are still in the competition. I don’t like Yusra and Rihab, from the girls this year, Nissma was my favourite !! But I think it will be a good show next Sunday with one of my favourite singers, Melhem Zein.
But this year there wasn’t a khaleeji Prime, or will it come soon? I like a prime with khaleej songs!!

I think Marwan is very cute, and have a unique voice and personality. Yusra is almost professional, I liked her last clip before her song. Saad has a nice voice he is cute too but starts to be a bit snoby. I like Ahmad and Rihab’s voice too. Ibrahim is so and so. I think either Marawan or Saad will be the Superstar 2007, altough definitely Yusra deserves it too.

Ibrahim got a really good voice, funny, nice personality,& he deserves to be one of the top 3. Yusra is got a great voice only when she sings um kalthom’s songs, but other than that she’s always screeming & I personally don’t like her personality. Rihab, thank god the judges broght her back to the show because she’s got a good voice. Marwan, I never liked his voice for some reason, but he seems like a nice person. Ahmad is got to go home soooon.
SAAD, now we’re talking, you know I can never get enogh of his voice I wish if the judges let him sing George Wasouf one more time, he will rock the show, I love his voice, his personality, & his looks. I don’t care if he’s married or divorced. He’s got a great voice and that’s what the show is all about “voices” & he definetly deserves to be SUPERSTAR of 2007. So please listen to the voices not the looks, or nationality & be fair.

Saad has the weakest voice amongst others including Fadi. I only invite you to listen more often to Arabian music to see how weak Saad’s voice is and please for God’s sake don’t put Saad in the same sentence with George Wasof.
I think that all what you are saying is bla bla bla.
All participant can be evaluated according to their voice not by their country, otherwise super star would have been concentrated only in Lebanon.
I think that it would be better for Tunisian Singer to give up and don’t participate in any manifestation in the future, because it is anfair that they are treated like this in other countries, because they have had, wherever they go, a good presence and good voice in the stage, Yusra and marwan are great great great, this is the truth.

Al shanfara, I’m not the only person that agrees about how good saad’s voice. Everyone that I know from musicions say that saad is got the BEST voice & you know everyone is got their own opinions. I will vote for SAAD because he’s got a great & awsome voice. I wish the others the best of luck.

I didn’t deny Saad voice quality, I only said he has the weakest voice left in Superstar. As for musicians opinions I know each has his opinion, to me Fadia and Ziyad Boutros are very well qualified musicians to give a very educated opinion.
What I like the most about Saad is him being Moroccan. It’s kind of novelty to see a Moroccan male contestant in such shows, hopefully more Moroccan male contestants follow him because we are definetly missing on some great voices and presence.
