Future Arab SuperStarThe first prime of the finals of Arab SuperStar 4 on Future TV just ended. It was a great show and all the contestants did a great job, a festival of beautiful music and voices.
The show kicked off with a group song called “Inta El Mustaqbal”. The contestants didn’t perform this song live, they just lip-synched to it, and I might as well add that some of them did a bad job at it.
As for the candidates’ individual songs, here’s the list of the 13 performances:

- Raoudha Ben Abdallah (Tunisia): Ash’a Ou Ghalbana (Sabah)
- Ibrahim El Ashri (Egypt): Hawa Ya Hawa (Afaf Radhi)
- Marouen Ali (Tunisia): Asmar Y’ Asmarani (Abd El Halim Hafez)
- Nada Omar (Egypt): Sa’alouni El Nas (Feirooz)
- Mustapha Saeed (Egypt): Athadda El Alam (Saber Rbaii)
- Yosra Mahnoush (Tunisia): W’ Hyatak Ya Habeebi (Sayyed Makkawi)
As I said earlier, all the performances were great ones today, but if I had to choose my favorites they’d be: Youssef Bara, Rihab Saleh, Nada Omar, Yosra Mahnoush.
Apparently two contestants will be leaving tomorrow. You can vote online for your favorite performers on the website: futuresuperstar.com
Voting goes on until tomorrow evening just before the results are announced.

super star is a show with connections…Saad does not deserve to be there, the only half decent singers on the show are yousef bara, marwan and nada!
King, I agree Super star is a show with connections and/or their decisions on many things however, Saad does deserve to be there. If you TAKE A GOOD look and listen 80% of the contestant need serious vocal coaching. I believe Saad has a good chance in making it far, and either way, life doesn;t end for Saad or Salah, they are mutli talented musicians and singers!
Oh, and on another note, Salah Kurdi hands down would have rocked that show on live stage! It’s too bad Future TV didn’t want someone as talented as Salah Kurdi. They should have put better people in the top 13 this year, I feel like I am watching very few good singers and more children singing on kareoke.
Hands down to Salah for continuing his composing in music to talented musicians, Life still goes on far for you Salah, with or without Future TV. Half the people will go home and dream to compose music for people like Fadl Shaker!
And, to our dear friend SAAD, we are praying for you, voting for you, and have no doubts you will do well in this competition. And like Salah, Saad will rock with or without Super Star!

He has a great voice and just wait and see, he’ll change your outlook very soon. He has a huge heart and music is his and our life…

You are entitled to your own opinions however, If you look at the top 11 contestants the majority of them SUCK, Saad is one of the best in the show, if not THE BEST. I think some people are either blind or deaf watching this talent show….
