Future Arab SuperStarThe third and last episode of the third stage of Arab SuperStar 4 aired on Sunday on Future TV and the results were announced yesterday.
In this episode, the 11 remaining contestants of the top 22 (Yazeed Moghrabi chose to leave the show) were in front of their last chance to make it to the finals, they had to perform one song of their choice, and then wait for the public voting to determine who makes it and who leaves.
The following is the list of the contestants and the songs they performed:
- Ibrahim El Ashri (Egypt): Hikayti Ma’a El Zaman (Warda)
- Raoudha Ben Abdallah (Tunisia): El Asami (Dhikra)
- Wael Atallah (Libya): Madraset El Hobb (Kathem El Saher)
- Huda Bibba (Tunisia): Youm Leek, Youm Aleek (Dhikra)
- Salah El Kurdi (Lebanon): El Laylo Ya Layla (Wadee’ El Safi)
- Sawsen Najjar (Iraq): La Mush Ana Elli Abki (Mohamed Abd El Wahab)
- Fawaz Hadsheeti (Lebanon): B’hibbak Ya Libnan (Feirooz)
- Salwa El Ghali (Egypt): B’eed Annak (Om Kolthoum)
- Miray Dahab (Lebanon): Mali (Warda)
- Marouen Ali (Tunisia): Mughram (Jad Nakhleh)
- Tawfeek Kalash (Lebanon): Ya Dar Douri Fina (Feirooz)
The two contestants who were voted into the finals were: Marouen Ali and Raoudha Ben Abdallah from Tunisia, who both gave great performances.
An exception was made and a third contestant was also passed to the finals, and that was Ibrahim El Ashri from Egypt.
A lot of the other contestants had great voices and performed very well, but well that’s how the game goes, and we can’t always have our favourites make it into the finals or win in the end.

I think everyone did a great job overall, and obviously they did otherwise they wouldn’t have been picked by the judges for the top 20! And, Salah is not a loser, Salah is a winner and so are the rest who didnt make it in, they achieved making top 20 and Salah was the judges picks unfortunetly, having the success of being a composer to Singers like Fadl Shaker played a role in Salah’s loss, but it’s okay, They are all talented contestants and each week someone will too be voted out. It’s a talent competition that eventually ends, and sometimes and of course from past history from this show, people who lose usually make it bigger than the people who make #1.
So, with all do respect to everyone is entitled to their opinions and everyone has their top picks and their favorties in the show. My personal favorite was Salah Kurdi. However, I think everyone is talented in their own style and I wish them all the best of luck. It’s not about winning, It’a being blessed and having the opportunity to be a part of a disorganized network! Personally, I my favorite is Salah and I wish him the most successful career, he’s been blessed enough to be multi- talented on top of having a great voice, being able to know MUSIC and compose hit songs is a success in itself. I wish all the 13 the best luck. May they be blessed with bright futures even when their all voted off except for 1!

I’m glad that Raoudha Ben Abdallah made it though, she had the best performance of the day.

HI everyone, I was personally disappointed that Salah el Kurdi didn’t make it, he has a great voice…He was picked by 2 of the 3 judges that were there that night…I think something went wrong somewhere. I’m sure were going to hear something nice from him soon….Best of luck to Salah….Go Salaaaaaaaah Go.
What a loss…….I was waiting to see and hear Salah perform on Stage with a full band, I’m so disappointed…I like a couple of the finalists, but Salah was my favorite. I look forward to hearing more of him…Best of luck to salah……

this show is a game and it is all about money. the show played a lot of games with contestants and we can see that its ok tho for the contestants who didnt make it u dont need future tv to have a good career all those contestants who made it will lose and go home too and probably one will get something out of the fake deal!!!!!!!!!

My heart honestly goes out to Miray Dahab! A great singer AND songwriter!
This was her first time singing arabic and she made it this far…I am proud of my fellow lebanese girl!

I agree, And, I’ve heard Mirays English songs, great site! And, you’re also right, their stuck in a contract and you never hear of any of the finalists after this whole money making production is over. Behind the scenes is opposite of what the world sees at home however, the show has shown the world how disorganized of a network Future TV actually is. It’s a big game unfortunetly, but the good thing is the contestants who didn’t make it know that, and don’t have to waste their times anymore. They got great things out of the exposure, judges and the world, this is very important!
I think Salah el kurdi and fawaz were the best of all and the most talented. how can they be not in the top 13? and ibrahim el ashry, why him?
