Future Arab SuperStarThe results for the 12th prime were announced yesterday and only 2 people are left for next week’s final.
And the candidate who had to leave was:
- Hadi Aswad (Syria)
I expected this, and everyone too. He reacted very well to it because he too expected it and was ready to hear it. He was cool about it, which was nice.
Hadi has been the candidate who has been improving the most and I salute him for that.
So, next week the final will be a showdown between Ammar and Ayman.
There is no way to base any expectation on who will win the title now.
Ayman will get a lot of votes from Libya, Ammar will get a lot of votes from Palestine and Jordan. The person who wins is the person who’ll get the rest of the Arab votes I guess.
The 2 finalists will be visiting Libya this week as part of their Arab tour.
The guest next week will be: Assi Hillani.
I think the best way to describe Hadi is what Abdallah from the jury said about him being a very progressive talent. He did really great the last time he sang. And yes, I liked his reaction and his friendly nature, specially with his brother.

I think this might be the first time in history where a song related to and in support of Palestine is broadcated in NPR national public radio and we need to support it , 5 being the best,you can listen to it very nice lyrics
