The results for the 8th prime were just announced, and they’re the biggest shock as yet.
The results were totally unfair, and I can’t believe what just happened.
The following candidates were called into the danger zone:
- Brigitte Yaghi (Lebanon)
- Housam Madaniyyah (Syria)
- Muhannad Mshallah (Syria)
Seeing Muhannad and Housam in the danger zone again was a big shock on it’s own, but nothing compared to the shock of who had to leave.
The candidate who had to leave today was:
- Housam Madaniyyah (Syria)
I can’t believe Housam had to leave while people like Brigitte, Hadi and Ayman are still in.
This is totally unreal and unfair.
Superstar won’t be the same without Housam in it.
I just hope we don’t get any more bad surprises in the coming weeks.
The guest for next week will be Diana Haddad and the candidates will be singing Tarab style songs.

YES !!! FINALLY …That damn Hussam is OUT !!! Uffffffffffffff…Ya saaaaater !! He’s very damn rude this piece of #@$# because he pushed Muhannad away when he was going to hug him ..Who the hell he thinks he is this nightclub dropout ! Im calling Aiman in a lil while to get you guys the scoop about why the hell he did that . Will keep you posted !
At last NO MORE CONSTIPATION FACIAL EXPRESSION AND YELLOW TEETH !! WOOOOOOO !
Peace …….
((((( Next weeks Tarab ebisode will be missing a loooooooooooooooot without Hussam ..let’s see how Brigitte, Hady, or Ayman will do tarab 3ala il osool
Another disaster in voting results … so much anger for such very unreal results .. it was sort of obvious a Syrian was going out today ..but Hussam ..why not Hady????????? The show is sort of predictable now ..Ammar, Raneem, and Ayman halba for the final three and count my word on it … the show is getting very rediculous ..controlled by teenagers voting
this is sick.. i quit watching!!!.. but i will continue to vote for Mohannad nevertheless..!!…
Hussam & everyone else knows that he deserves to be AT LEAST 2nd place!!!
y does it have to be a Syrian to leave??!!!.. nationality should have nothing to do with it as so many people love to keep saying!!.. if the best happen to be Syrians then so what!!
well i hope everyone who thinks brigite.. or whoever should win it feels ashamed of themselves for having such a low standard and for bringing our standards down..
and Ruby .. have some class….
BIGGEST SHOCK….I almost cried the moment they said “brigitte u r safe go back”. Hussam leaving? i know he is not my fave, but i believe he has a great voice regardless and as expected to stay till the end . The big shock like Abir’s departure. This program’s voting is obviously unfair. Can anyone tell me what is hadi still doing? why the cuuutttee Muhannad almost out?..I can’t deny that i was afraid that Muhannad will leave, but i didn’t expect brigitte to stay
(
At least we still have hope that muhannad will stay with Ammar..GOD KNOWS!
Aman my dear, i won’t pick on the comments u said about ammar, but this is the first time i see ammar crying. None of the rest cried except muhannad and ammar, this is because they believe in themselves. Strong voices all i can say. Maybe i was hard on hussam’s facial expressions and the way he stretches, but i never said he is not talented and deserves to stay like we said the “trio”.
Will be bad to see superstar getting worse after wa3d, Abir, hussam..and God knows who. Sorry Aman, we really have to wish muhannad good luck and ammar too, we don’t know what’s expected with these two powerful voices. I don’t think i will like to see hadi and ayman or whoever from the rest. Please Aman, try to like Ammar, he is way better than the rest who are staying as far as his voice..Muhannad we pray for u.. i don’t know what is wrong with the votes…are they fake or real?????..oh im disappointed.
Sorry hope many will forgive me for this…GOOO Muhannad and GOOO ammar..we still can watch the program just for you only.
Hey all. Ghada…I don’t hate Ammar…believe me. My point is that everyone was so scared to vote for Mohannad cuz they actually believed it would affect Ammar. My view is that, it will be very hard to affect Ammar so at least support poor Mohannad who for some odd reason is an underdog. But I would love to see Ammar and Mohannad in the end. I just want people to realize that too.
Lylani…I am with you 100%. Why does it have to be a Syrian to leave??? Just because there were 3 left? If they happened to be among the best ones, then they should stay. Everyone was just waiting for a Syrian to leave and that’s what happened. No one bothered to vote because they kept saying, well a Syrian will be next, of course they will if no one votes. If people keep saying Mohannad is next, then he will be cuz ppl won’t vote. And Lylani, I am very close to not watching the show anymore either and Ruby seriously, the way you express yourself is hardly tasteful. Houssam rocks and it’s prob better that he left such a crappy low-taste show with stupid Arabs voting.

habibti Aman..
listen to me ya albi. Voting for Muhannad won’t affect ammar, but voting for the rest will sure affect both of them. We all unfortunatly thought that hussam will never be in danger and people are voting, and all of a sudden what happened! All i am saying is that people shouldn’t stop voting for both ammar and muhannad, they should stop( of course not all agree cos they have different tastes), but for us, people should stop voting for brig/hadi/ayman and sorry, ranim…hope nobody gets mad.
It is getting sad..i don’t want to see all f sudden ammar in the danger zone or even the cute Muhannad, aman everything is possible…GOOOO GOOOMUHANNAD for sure..and keep going ammar. we still have hopes.

hi all,
wow what a shock! hussam leaving? omg! i never imagined it would happen. *sigh*
i am sad for hussam and his fans and seriously ruby… it’s your opinion and you’re entitled to it but please try to be kinder so as to not hurt others who might think differently. also everyone, can people please stop blamming everything that goes wrong on the show on the fact that teenagers are voting. i’m a teenager and it’s getting really offensive when everyone starts blamming things on us just b/c we’re young. other people besides teenagers think that hadi, brig, etc. are good. so please everyone please try to consider other peoples feelings as you write your comments and remember, win or lose… they all have a record deal and if they really have good voices ( which hussam did have) then he doesn’t really need “teenagers” to tell him that he has a good voice or not. so everyone, please try to relax and remeber like abir said ” this is a game and someone had to leave” and this time it just happened to be hussam.

Salam 4 all,
we all are upset for what’s going on but we shouldn’t give up.I know the majority of voters are teenagers but let’s do our part and help as much as possible to make Muhannad and Ammar make it to the end. I feel guilty because I thought Muhannad is more in danger than Hussam, and that Hussam will be back to the safe zone again, obviously I was wrong, the way the votes are going is just no sense.
good luck for Hussam I wish him all the best.
next time it’s a Tarab episode that should be great although we’ve lost some great talents who should have been there:(
the guest is Diana Hadad, with all respect to her fans,I don’t think she fits Tarab!!! but it seems this program is not as good as it should be, it’s going down biig time not only vote wise, but also in the guests and the comments of the judges !!
Good luck for Ammar,Muhannad, and I guess Ranim
Peace and love
Btw Aman, in my opinion, I would rather see Ranim in the top three rather then seeing Hadi, Brigitte and “habla guy” competing with Muhannad and Ammar (although after what happened to Hussam I just can’t expect who would stay till the end). I think its much more respectful to someone like Ammar and/or Muhannad to compete with Ranim rather than competing with any of the others. I’m not cheering for Ranim cuz he is Egyptian, but cuz I wanna be fair, and I believe among the ones who are left (excluding Ammar and Muhannad), I think Ranim comes on top of the, of course with all my respect to ur love to Hadi.
Peace
one more thing that I agree with you about Calabala. Ranim comes third
What’s up,
Today’s show was pretty fair even though I think Brigette should have left because yesterday her performance wasn’t her best. All Houssam needed to work on was that he should have stop making the faces and over doing it. Otherwise Houssam has a great voice. He deserved to say for just a little longer. It is not cool that Muhannad keeps getting in the danger zone! He gets better and better each week and has a varity of voices for each song which is a really good thing! He also has a great personality that I just love about him! He didn’t deserve to be in the danger zone for the past couple weeks! Oh, and by the way when I find out that Shereen wasn’t giving disrespect to Ammar I wasn’t surprised because I know that Shereen would’nt do a rude thing like that to any of the contestants. Even though I was curious. I was also curious about how today when Houssam was voted off and how he had pulled Muhannad’s arm away. Maybe he was just angry, or patted Muhannad’s arm and let go, or something like that. There is probably another good explaination for that because at the end he hugged him and was nice to him. I think Ammar has an awesome voice and taste in clothes! Go Ammar!!!!!!!
Go Muhannad!!!!!!! I think since Houssam left the top four will be Ammar,Ranim,Muhannad, and Hadi. I also think that the people should’nt look at there looks, how good there personality is, or where they come from as Muhannad said. You should only pay attenion to the voice. Well that is my opinion anyway. GOOD LUCK TO ALL THE SUPERSTARS!!!!!! BYE!
Peace Aman, Lylani and all,
, u might be right Aman that this is turning to a self-fulfilling prophecy .. sorry I can’t control it
No, seriously .. still believe we ought to support Muhannad … now whether this will change anything, not very sure, at least let’s do our part. Once again ..out of ink … so until I get a refil ..peace out
When I said a Syrian will go out, I never intended to give an impression that THIS IS THE WAY IT SHOULD BE … I guess my posts should support that. I believe nationalism and teenagers are the two major factors ruining this show, of course artistically, because $$$ wise, which concerns the producers the most, it seems the show is doing more than fine. When I said a Syrian is next on the row, I was merely giving a prediction, which I am still haunted-with, that Muhannad is next
Hey Calabala. I do love Hady lol, but I also like Ranim and I would not be upset if he made it to the final 3. Honestly, as long as Mohannad and Ammar make it to the final two, I don’t care who is in third place lol. I just really hope people wake up and realize that Ayman and Bridgette should not last any longer than this. I think Houssam shouldn’t be upset because he is way too good for this show and doesn’t deserve to deal with this crap. And kitkat…wallahi I see your point..I totally hear ya. It’s not that we want to blame teenagers…but it is prob true that they vote more than older people and that is why Bridgette and Ayman have made it so far. For example, few ppl in Syria have the internet at home and believe me only little kids go to the internet cafes. I doubt my uncles in Sham are the ones who are voting, it’s the young people. And using cell phones is expensive, so if voting is going to be on the internet, I promise you it’s not the elders in the Middle East who log on and vote, I wish it was…because I think they would love to see people like Mohannad and Houssam, we have enough with Nancy Ajram and other lame singers..sorry to anyone who likes her lol.
Peace Aman, Lylani and all,
, u might be right Aman that this is turning to a self-fulfilling prophecy .. sorry I can’t control it
No, seriously .. as early as when Raneen was voted out I realized this show is not going where it should … and the signs has just kept falling on our heads with no mercy … don’t mean to sound pesimistic .. still believe we ought to support Muhannad … now whether this will change anything, not very sure, at least let’s do our part. Once again ..out of ink … so until I get a refil ..peace out

sorry for the double post
Hey Firas! I see your point, I know what you meant. But now you see my point right…it is a self fulfilling prophecy lol. If people sigh and give up hope and stop voting for Mohannad cuz it’s just “destiny” for Syrians to get screwed lol, then that will happen. But you are sooo right, as soon as Raneen was kicked off sooo early, something smelled funky with the show lol. I loved her and was sooo upset when she was gone. Is there still hope for the show!!!!!
Hello everyone!
I’m so sad for Hussama…i didn’t like his personallity but he had a grate voice, better than Hadi or Ayman…but as we all now that people from LIBIA is calling for free…they can vote how much they want for ayman and not paying a thing….that unfair. My personal favorit is Ranim and Muhannad…was so happy when they sad that he is staying but also sad for Hussama…bad luck for hussama and better luck for Muhannad and Ranim!
Nickol

Thanks Aman
&Firas- i didnt mean that comment directed at u …i meant it towards the fools out there who think that way - and i know there are a lot .. & i agree with what u are saying
& i just want to say that im gonna miss Housams facial expression .. i thought they were beautiful
Thanks for the info Nickol:((
so can we say it’s over from now and Ayman is gonna be the winner since people can call for free from Libya…what the hell?!!!
Well Ahmad, thats exactly what I thought right after I read Nickol’s comment. I kinda expected that there is something unusual happenning there in Libya that keeps Ayman safe up till this point although there were others who deserved to stay insted of him. Well, I guess it is obvious now my fellow critics, keep on voting, but with the “free lines” there in Libya, I think its gonna be a little pointless, although we shouldn’t give up, who knows whats gonna happen?? Allah Kbeer
Oh and about the issue that a Syrian should have been next, I think that some ppl based their opinion on the fact that 3 out of 7 contestants were Syrians, and with a little bit of math and data management skills, and with a simple calculation (well, it isn’t really that simple), the probability that a Syrian was gonna get out next was fairly high (according to math and data management and not to me!!!).
Another thing that I totally don’t understand, u guys r making such a big deal out of nationalities. Abu Farweh is upset cuz of the issue that Ammar is Palestinian, and Aman is upset cuz of whoever said that a Syrian will be voted off next … Oh God!!! I think that there is a huge misunderstanding here and it really needs to be resolved, or What do u guys think???
Peace
Calabala Calabala, believe me you have me misunderstood. I am not upset that people think it would be likely a Syrian would get kicked off next, that does make sense when basically half the contestants left were Syrian lol. I was just saying, that I feel like people aren’t going to try to support these people because they already feel that it is in the bag that a Syrian will get voted off. For instance, a lot of people are already saying that Mohannad is also next, because another Syrian will probably go. My point was along the lines of Lylani, that who cares how many Syrians are in, if they deserve to stay, they deserve to stay, it shouldn’t be like…well there are too many, so one should leave lol. And I am very mad about this Libya thing. Calling from Syria is too expensive but in Libya it’s free. I’m still voting for Mohannad as much as possible, but I wouldn’t be surprised now if it was between Ayman and Ammar, with Bridgette or Ranim following. Oh well, I already lost hope for the show after today’s results!

I’m very saddened to see Husam M. leave the show. He’s very talented despite the facial expressions that irritated many people (don’t know why). He always performed above and beyond the rest of the competitors. I enjoyed listening to him; he gets attention the minute he steps on stage. As mentioned before, Husam is not the perfect communicator when he’s off stage, but that should not be held against him or anyone else.
This show is about TALENT !
Nationality, attitude, place of origin, gender, religion, etc. should never be a factor in voting for your favorite talent. Unfortunately, everything matters in the Arab world except for talent. We all need to chill out. We all have roots and are attached to it. Just leave that behind and vote for the best talent.
Being Syrian, Lebanese, Palestinian or whatever should not matter in making your final vote. Now that one of the best two left the show (Hussam and Abir), I’m not sure if I’ll be following it too closely. My vote will now go to Mouhannad!!!!

I have absolutely no problem in the way I express myself . Im just being very spontanous and no one has the right to tell me anything else as long as I dont insult them .
Moving forward..
I just hung up with Aiman and he told me all about the ” Hussam pushing Mohannad’arm ” incident that it came shocking to everyone because Hussam was heated for the moment . After the show was done he continued having an attitude on everyone until Elias and Fadia gave him a piece of their minds . According to Aiman , haza2oo and told him that no matter what the situation was , he had no reason or right to insult a fellow contestant like that when all he was doing was expressing how he feel towards him . They also pointed out to him that no one is to blame for his going out because its a result of how he performs and acts at the same time .
Hussam is stuck up and I can go on forever about the zillion situations I knew of that proved him being a atraight up ass when he was with the group . But I,ll keep them to myself because him getting kicked out even though he sounds good is just the best payback for being rude .
Hi everyone,
Ruby, please try to be realistic in the way you talk, you are free whether you want to like husam or not. and to tell you the truth, i am not a big fan, but I just felt its too much the way you talk about his teeth and looks omg……..lol. I mean it seems like you know Ayman very well and ayman doesnt like him so as a result you dont like him either. and you know that ayman get all his votes thru the free lines opened in Libya. Ayman was always in the danger zone before there was a line in Libya, my God, there was no lines before the superstar Ayman came along.

Personally I think Ruby is full of crap and making up half the stuff she says. I can’t see the judges being like that towards Houssam. They have always had sympathy towards anyone being voted off…I doubt their attitude was “that’s your problem and your fault” And interesting how Ayman has all this time to talk to you and tell you all these details, especially when it is 3:00 am in the morning there lool. Whatever. I think your attitude about Houssam is very rude and offensive to his fans, which are a lot. He just wasn’t privileged to get free votes from his country like Ayman. Take care all!

hey all
(again lol) i just wanna say…i don’t mean to be harsh or anything..in the comments i made before. i just really felt that ruby was out of line and that there shouldn’t be anything in this show called “payback” i don’t care what houssam’s attitude was…the show is for best voice and singer…not personality. and he hardly seemed like such a horrible person. hady cried when he left and ammar was really upset…ammar and him were close. if ppl like ammar and think he is respectable..well he wouldn’t be friends with a total jerk. when ammar lashed out on that one extra episode and got angry…we agreed that ppl shouldn’t judge him on that. but we are supposed to judge houssam at the moment he was kicked off a show that he truly didn’t deserve to be kicked off. i just found ruby’s comments more than harsh and it got me mad. so for anyone who thought i was mean…the voting just really pissed me off lol. peace and love!
AHAHAHAHAHAH
sorry but sometimes this message board cracks me up
.. im surprised i can laugh after what happened..
+i was just thinking …at one point in the year dont all the superstar or idol show winners from around the world go to a competition .. ?? .. i thought i heard that last year..
thats gonna be pretty embarrasing if we have someone like brigitte there..
& sad that we cant show off our real talents..
but then again ..america and the west would probably love brigitte. .. aha
Glad my anger makes you laugh Lylani lol…it’s all good lol. I don’t know if they are going to do it again..but yes there is something called World Idol, where all the winners compete against each other. Elias was actually a guest judge on that episode. Diana did pretty good, but of course she didn’t have a chance because she was the only singer that did not speak English. But even so, she got a lot of votes. When America had to vote for their favorites of all the countries…Diana came in third, which was amazing. They would like Bridgette though..haha.
Hey people
Ruby, do you really know Ayman’s phone number and that you really talked to him????? and do you mean Ayman the singer or Ayman the host???
I have to agree with you roula that this really should be based on talent and not anything else. I do have to admit that houssam’s voice is very good, but its kinda hard to judge him with those faces - they are hard to miss while you’re wathing him. and they are not that attractive.
Hey Nickol - you are so right about how people in Libya can vote for free so Ayman would get more votes.
But I have to say this, please don’t blame it on teenagers. not all teenagers vote for the younger ones.
And know matter what people say (even if they say its because I am a teenager) I stilll love Ayman and I wish he is part of the bottom four. (Ammar, Mohannad, Ayman, then Ranim) but hadi, and brigitte’s voice are still great.
PS sorry houssam - tough luck!
.. the funniest thing was i felt the same way Aman ..
thats so great that Diana got so many votes (although probably not enough).. i wished i could have seen it..
well.. ill b dreaming bout the day when i can buy a cd of houssam (& mohannad & amar)
.. Houssams comments at the end were great.. & i know it was a little rude the way he acted to Mohannad.. but i really dont think he meant it at all wrong towards him .. some people when they are upset dont want anyone near them.. & God knows he deserved to be upset (but not at Mohannad of course)
hi all,
first, aman please try to relax… we still have ammar and muhannad (and ranim…i don’t think ranim’s that bad… people should just give him a chance).
next, i have a quick question for ruby…. which ayman are you talking about? the contestant ayman or the presenter ayman?
last, i don’t think hussam would ever do something like that b/c after the “best moments” he huged EVERYONE and didn’t seem to be pissed off at anyone b/c i’m sure he’s knows that he has a great voice and he doesn’t need votes to prove that to him….
take care all
ps… sorry aman, i forgot that ammar’s not really your fav. but he’s really an awsome singer and has an incredible voice and is such a nice guy that i think will be a great choice for superstar. that’s if we don;t get anymore surprises! ALLAH YESTOR next week! take care

ok people!
I think you guys are taking this competition a little to seriously.. I mean, its a competition based on votes and there are a lot of people that vote based on things other than voice, like looks or personality. I think that is one of the reasons houssam was voted off today. I personally did not like houssam at all, but i did respect his talent. honestly though, i did not think he performed well at all on sundays prime and maybe a lot of his fans were disappointed with him and maybe that is why he did not get many votes.
the big surprise for me was muhannad in danger. that was just…. omg…. i hope that he will not leave any time soon, because seeing ammar competing against hadi, brigitte and ayman is not gonna be as exciting as last years competition, where the final four were very very talented.
I really hope that ammar stays for as long as possible and nshalla he is the superstar. And i hope that muhannad and ranim also stay as part as the last 3.
last, halba halba ayman shaklou mad3oum min l kazzafi… so beware and vote as much as you can for your faves to be able to get them out and make ammar and muhannad advance.
Hey all! Lylani…glad you felt the same way lol. I know some think I am taking it too seriously, I just hate when Arabs can be so lame and not just vote for people based on the right criteria. Everything in the Arab world turns into politics and it’s just really frutrating you know? Like the free votes in Libya…they shouldn’t allow things like that. Every country should have the same chances. But believe me guys, you have this impression that I hate Ammar…I really don’t! I just would really prefer that Muhannad wins it all, I really feel he is much more well rounded in singing ability and can do more. But believe me, I would rather have Ammar over Ranim, Ayman, or Bridgette in first place, as long as Muhannad is up there in second
I hope Muhannad never gets in danger again…so unfair. And I am totally with you Lylani, I am waiting for a Houssam and Muhannad CD too..hehe. Peace out..time for bed lol.
Abu Farweh is sad to see Houssam M. leave and will be even more depressed if Mohannad Mishalla7 left…. I was looking forward to see Ammar, Houssam M. and Mohannad go head to head in the finals. Alas the voting public robbed us of a great final; I think we should brace ourselves for a possible Ken vs. Barby contest. I could not agree more with all the comments mad earlier about the unfairness of the votes and that with the exception of Ammar and Mohannad all of the excellent talents had already left. I wish Ammar and Mohannad Mishalla7 the best of luck. Best wishes to Ranim whom I now hope makes it to the finals as number three.
Can anyone confirm for sure that Lybia is voting for free? Are you guys serious?!
We miss our provider of music Zlatkot, no one filled in as provider of great music, is there anyone out there that can load the music from the last couple of primes.
Abu Farweh - Good Day
First, I want to comment on the wrong information being provided regarding the voting lines in Libya: THEY ARE NOT FREE. Voting from Libya costs 0.75 Libyan Dinar, which is equal to about $0.58 per vote. This is almost the same charge for the people in Palestine. The story in Libya is that they didn’t have their own local line in the first 3-4 weeks. So they used to pay the international calling rate in addition to the regular voting charge. The last week before Al-Gathafi’s son brought the line to Libya, Ayman was in the danger zone. That was the last time he was in the danger zone. Anyway, I think the cheapest charge is in Egypt, which is 1.5 Egyptian Pound, this is like $.25 only. Still Yasmeen left first
Second, I like Ruby’s comments. I think she is honest when she said that she only speaks her mind in her own unique way. Even though I really don’t like Hussam and was very happy to see him leave… I even think he is lucky to last this far and should have left few weeks earlier. by the way, facial expressions do matter for a singer… in fact, everything the singer does on stage matters… The kids must be excited now, the show is rated G without Hussam’s scary expressions and they can finally watch it. However, I still think the story Ruby told us about Hussam fighting with every body and losing control like a king kong until the judges roped him is over-stretched. I am not saying that Ruby lied about it, but you can say I am not sure of the credibility of her source
Abu Farweh, plz start your comment with “my dear critics.” I used to know ur comment from this unique start. I guess the exit of Hussam confused you. I am sure it will confuse MMM as well.
By the way MMM, you know what would be funny! if you still put Hussam, Ammar, and Muhannad as ur favorite singers for next week’s episode. I told you, I feel you have their names ready in the blog before the show even starts
Yeah Abbood, you got that right, I am confued by all this.
I wake up today, the day after, and I still can’t believe that Housam won’t be in the next episode.
What a true true shame.
I didn’t like the faces he used to make, and sometimes his improvisations weren’t that great, but he really is a very good and talented singer.
But of course, he won’t be in my faves list next week, although for a second I thought I’d leave him there just to demonstrate that I truly believe he should still be in the show.
As for Ayman, yes since the lines opened for Libya, he hasn’t had to worry anymore, and I don’t think he’ll have to.
I’m thinking that in the end it’ll be going down to Ayman & Ammar because they get most of the votes because of their nationalities.
And maybe Ayman could win the title.
That would suck!
Oh and btw, I truly think Muhannad Mshallah should be the SuperStar this year.
Aman..Chill out sweety and stop trying to tell me Im full of crap because it will get you insulted badly . Let’s all be peaceful we ma netawel lesana .
When I said Aiman , I mean Aiman AlKaysouny not Aiman the singer . I dont know any of the contestants on a personal level aside from Shady Aswad . And Yes Aman…surprise surprise I did talk to Aiman at 3 am in the morning and no he doesnt hate any of the contestants . The opposite is whats true . Hes very supportive of them . Just that I do get alot of info more thanyou guys do so maybe thats why I do have a clearer prespective of who’s REALLY acting a persona infront of the camera and who’s full of crap .
So seriously ..chill out .
Dear MMM and lovely Abbood,
( plz let’s forget about that nationality thing, plz. The guys got excellent voices, i would like to listen to someone like melhim zein this year too..so God knows. Anyway, Abbood it is nice of u supporting ruby’s pt of view
) she is just innocent and being herself esp with the word “constipation”
) ok. i guess we shouldn’t comment much anymore, it is becoming so traditional the way we express ourselves. Take care and abu farweh i don’t care who is number 1 2 or 3 ..not anymore if muhannad leaves and ammar leaves the next. Peace
well..yeaaah. Whatever u say 3al ras wel 3ein. I guess it is not going to be that exciting if Muhannad leaves, then Ammar or Ammar then Muhannad, then dear MMM u won’t even have the list anymore
oh i thank God today for the clear website, we don’t have triple messages like yesterday
)

Even though I still think Hussam has a good voice despite my opinion about him , I believe that Mohannad is much more talented because he has something and that is DIVERSITY . He can sing any kind of singing and thats a bonus ..He doesnt deserve to be out in the danger zone everytime .
hey ppl. its dana from australia. i subscibed to jump tv and was able to watch superstar at 3:30AM. i actually woke up although i had skool next day. later on that day i realised that superstar is put on 4 times a day so i could have watched it later. so i just want to tell evrybody in australia that if u subcribe to jump tv then you will get the same future TV signal that we used 2 get from TARBS.
about houssam leaving…i really didnt care. but for sum reason….people on this website keep on saying bad stuff bout ayman, hady and briggitte. i dnt go for them or anything, but its a bit slak wen evry1 is just against them..and chill out…u cnt do anything bout them staying in the show. i find muhannad a very good singer…but i have no idea y people dnt vote 4 him.
i vote 4 ammar…im palestinian and my family tell me 2 vote 4 him. GO AMMAR!!!! (only coz ur palestinian lol)

Oh, by the way, my dear dana, u said skool? u seem to be a cutie too, im sure u like hadi , ayman and brig, they are cute tooo
Any new comments or suggestions? lol
Peace and mornin’
lol … no seriously .. when I thought about it last night, it was kind of clear in my mind that Brigitte, Muhannad, and Hady will be in danger zone. Assuming voting patterns of this week will stay intact for next monday will only one, but very critical, difference. Obviously HUSSAM’S VOTES. Who is gonna get it? The odds are already high that those who voted for Hussam, if they continued voting and didn’t give up on the show
, will vote for his closest rivals, either by vocal skills (Ammar and Muhannad), or by nationality (Hady and Muhannad). For now that is good news. BUT WE CAN”T SLEEP RESTED THAT WE ALREADY GOT THOSE VOTES. The One already mentioned it .. we gotta get those votes for Muhannad. To get more specific, I hope some of u guys, most likely Aman, have access to Hussam’s fan group, we need to e-mail them and convince them to work with us on it and vote for Muhannad if they still want a to see a good show. Let’s work on it everybody. If it goes right my next prophecy is that Brigitte is next. We will miss the feminine presence ..but hey ..better than loosing Muhannad if we failed in getting Hussam’s fans support … let’s work on it guys ..move it w bala kasal
Peace and love for now …
For some reason I woke up today with a much more optimistic prophecy
WOW, I go away for a couple of days and I come back to this??? I just watched a re-run, and I have a quick question, why when Mohannad was trying to grab Houssam, he pushed him away?
But wow, I cant believe this, I can see why Hadi stayed this episode, Im not much of a hadi fan, but he did well, compared to the Halba and Brigette…wow. Two of my top four candidates are gone…So honestly I think with all due respect to everyone, Ammar should be Superstar, Mohannad comes in second (thats who I vote for). and wow, Amar and and hadi crying when Houssam left, while someone like ayman al a3tar kept that stupid grin on his face. They should ban all voting from libya, disconnect the phone line…Or should we ask President Bush to interfere here, We’ll just say its to keep americans safe and its an anti terror operation, Ok I guess thats not funny. anyhow, Im sadned to say that Superstar at the rate its going, has lost all credibility.
Thanks
Ze King 7ashash
I just finished watching the interview with Houssam after he was kicked off. I must say, his getting kicked off was the biggest shocker yet. Elias Rahbani has never called anyone else on this show after they were kicked off, EXCEPT FOR HOUSSAM! This shows the true talent that people who have taste, recognize. Elias admit that he has not wanted to say anything yet, but he is going to say that he expected Houssam in the top 3. When someone like Elias says this, it proves that there is something wrong with the voting. Also, Houssam and Muhannad cleared the whole “drama” that occured when Houssam pushed Muhannad away. Ruby swears she has the scoop lol, but like I thought she was way off…what Ayman were u talking about??? lol. Houssam said he did not even know he did that and Muhannad said he understood and totally didn’t take it personally. Muhannad called today laughing about it and how it got all this attention. And when Elias called, he said he wouldn’t believe that Houssam would do anything like that, when reporters asked him afterwards. So how, Ruby, did you say that Elias yelled at him and told him what he did was wrong. Elias backed him up, he said so himself today! Elias also said that he is going to be working with Houssam on his career, what a compliment, def well deserved. My opinion, Houssam is much better off working with Elias than getting votes from tasteless Arabs…I feel better! lol.
Ruby, I am not trying to be mean, but after watching the interview today with Houssam, nothing you said seems accurate, I don’t know what to think. Unless Muhannad and Houssam and Elias don’t want to admit to the drama that happened and figured they will play it off as if nothing. But lets make ammends lol, I completely agree with you that Muhannad has much more diversity in his voice and can do a lot more than Houssam. The One, I have been voting for Muhannad, hopefully others will too. 3 times in danger??? Something strange is going on lol.
take a look guys at the May 12 blog. the last time i checked, there was 2389 messages. yes, it’s an amazing number of comments. the people there r sending comments till this very moment. most of them r libyans supporting Ayman.
it was said there that ruwaida 3a6iyya is making a new song with rida ja3far.
i noticed that just last night Abbood ..thats ccrazy .!!.. but my computer froze when i tried to load it .. lol..
!! but thats for filling us in Aman .. thats so great that Elias called & everything .. i feel better too!!
i missed the interview with Houssam
i had a feeling that little incident between Mohannad and Houssam was nothing- i mean the poor boy was upset!! … i have been known to smack people when i get upset without even knowing it sometimes.. lol
well all of u can count on me to give all of my votes & prayers to Mohannad now.. !!!
o and to address the teenager voting issue… i myself am just past that category.. &u have to admit..the majority are more into who is supposedly “cute” & young..& will vote for who appeals to their young little eyes - and not necessarily for who has a strong and beautiful voice…but of course this is not to say that all teenagers are like this .. so if you are teenager but arent like this then dont get offended.. b/c its not u- u are wise .. its just that the majority are not liek u
+ this is not to say that Mohannad & Hussam & Amar are not good looking.. i personally think they are the BEST looking.. ( but i dont vote for them based of that!!!!) .. they prbly just dont fit the image of what most teenagers are attracted to-like some of the others, who dont have as much talent do
Request for my fellow superstar fans. Do you know a good web site with downloadable mp3s of arabic songs? I know this is not related to superstar, but still your help is very appreciated.
Ruby, I think Ghada was trying to ask you to keep your blunt way of expressing urself. Others called it rude or not classy… whatever, just keep it up and stand up for your style. Don’t let others pressure you to change.
it’s so sweet of Ranim to dedicate “tigdar titkallim” to Hussam: we ahu bukra n2ool kanit zikra we 3ishnalna youmein
Ok, i made this up… Ruby, u have competition

hey everyone..did anyone write the mobile number for Hussam madaneyah..??
someone called him in that interview in the future & asked about the number & he said its oki coz he believes that its good way to be connected with people..
& by the way Mohannad called him in that interview & said sorry for botherin’ Hussam when he touched him in wrong place coz “Hussam screams when someone touch him in that place”..
so, I guess ya have to change the bad idea about Hussam…
anyway, pls send his number if anyone got it..he said it in fast way & that’s why I couldn’t write it down…
pls write it as soon as possible..

hi everyone
wow what a drama we’re making of this whole voting thing…. i mean i’m not hussam’s number one fan or anything but i respect his voice and talent and i really sympathize with his fans but really all this drama? for a game? i don’t think so….. (just my opinion)
i really agree with whoever said it…. everyone’s coming down on ayman and brig and hadi…. why? i know they’re not my favs. but i respect their talents and voices as well. and why should they ban voting from Libya? if they do that, then they might as well ban votes from all over b/c just b/c they have a line from Libya now doesn’t mean that ALL Libyans are voting for Ayman… and even if they were, that’s their right to vote for whoever they like…it’s not like just b/c they have a line in Syria that ALL Syrians are voting for a Syrian…. also just b/c one person(true a talented person) was voted off, i wouldn’t say it’s b/c of “taste less arabs”. it’s just a game….. oh and this whole teenagers thing is really getting annoying, i mean seriously all the contestants on the show are VERY talented and it’s a PLUS that they get votes from teenagers not a bad thing…. so please everyone chill out! and remeber it’s just a game and win or lose, EVERYONE COMES OUT WITH A RECORD DEAL… besides, after last year, the title of SUPERSTAR is not that important…. i mean more people know who milhim zain is than who diana korazon is… so relax and remeber, it’s just a GAME!!!!!!!!!!
3ammar will sing “wi daret il 2ayyam” for 2om kolthoom
and “ya 7abeebi 7obbak 7ayyarni” for Mil7em Barakat w 2al7an 2ostaz
Ilyas Alra7bani! Cant wait. any one know about the others what are they going to sing????
well here’s my 2 cents, the problem with Hossam was that he is overdoing everything, from his singing to his facial expressions. His style is more like Turkish than mainstream Arab. He does have a great voice, and he sounds like the professional one in the competition, but he needs to tone it down. However his performance last sunday was just plain terrible and certainly deserved to go for it. Just listen to his songs posted on the website mentioned above.
Ammar is a stiff and he has zero personality, he may have one of the best voices, but he is better heard not seen, and I think this competition is about being a star, which requires the personality.
Ranim is the life of the party, he looks good and has a good voice which can take him a long way with the modern style, but he lacks some vocal training and he needs to stop those repetitive hand movements. That said, I was surprised to find myself really moved by his performance of ta2dar tetkalem, I can see why some people started getting teary-eyed, and I don’t think many singers can really convey the feeling in such a unique way. kudos to him.
Mohanned is versatile and can sing anything, has a great personality and good energy, and probably should win this competition for having it all. It’s amazing that he almost didn’t make it.
Ayman, it just hurts to have him still in this competition up until now, his singing feels forced and he just does not look like a star.
Bridget, take it easy on her, remember guys she is only 16, and that makes up for any shortcoming in her performances and I believe she can make it really big when she matures, but this competition is about being a star now, not in a few years.
And that’s all, I think I did not forget anyone, and if I did, it’s because they are forgettable and have nothing interesting to offer, just fall in the grey area, not good or bad, just grey… and thus need to go too.
:)
Hey all! Karim, I totally agree with what you are saying. I feel like me, you and maybe one other person are the only ones pulling for Muhannad all the way lol. He can sing any variety and since the show is called Superstar, I think a Superstar should have many qualities..not just a powerful voice. He has the personality, he’s fun to watch, can sing anything, and the orchestra loves him, even Elias admit that they are most comfortable with him. It’s a shame that he’s in danger of getting kicked off. Inshallah he survives to the end. And I agree, no more teen bashing lol. I really wasn’t, I just tried to explain why people think it is teenagers voting and it makes sense. But if anyone remembers any of my older postings, I defended Hady and Bridgette a lot cuz I said ppl have to stop using their looks against them and admit that Bridgette is more talented than people here give her credit for. I just don’t think these are the people that should have been in the final 3 or 4…we already lost those people unfortunately! GO MUHANNAD!

Oh how can I forget..thanks Syria123 so much for the songs…greatly appreciated
Take care!
Hi everyone,
So Karim, just bcz Ammar is quiet he has no personality and u cant see him on the stage. my God, first everyone said he has no feelings, then now he has no personality. why, he has to be jumping on the stage.
Dont wory Niveen, let them say what ever they want, they dont like him…… so what he dont need more fans..LOL, Go Ammar Go you are the super star.
Aman…Its all peace now . There are no grudges .
Now..about those trying to make slick comments ..trust me ..you dont want to get fooled .
I have no reason what so ever to make up any lies . Yes . Drama went on backstage between Elias , Fadia and Hussam and publicly it will NEVER be shownthat way because there is a public status to protect for the program . Just exactly like the drama that was going on last year between Diana and Rowayda and Melhem and NONE of you will know about it unless you have someone close to them . Aiman El Kaysooni is who I speak to on a regular basis and he’s a very close friend of mine . I even attended the first ever opening of this season when all the guys did Ghannoo Ma3ana . Now why would he lie to me ? Even if he did , I would have known the real truth about it because I know people who work in Nasir Fakeh’s crew and they all witnessed everything .
Now for anyone’s wonder how am I in contact with all this , let’s just say that I myself work in the entertainment and media industry . So in the end ..its up to whoever to believe what to believe but it’s also up to me to express myself and write about the truths I get to know about and make it clear for others .
And Im not anytime soon will be changing my way of putting out my thoughts . Im no hypocrit . I write exactly like how I feel at the moment whether its happy , sad , classy , angry or even pure ghetto lol . So if anyone got pissed ..sorry . But also , sorry..thats just me expressing myself . and it wont change .
just to get my point accross to you people, who would you rather have as a friend, Ammar or Mohannad? who do you think will be more fun to hang out with? and of course that talk about jumping on stage is just ridiculous, Mohannad doesn’t jump, and it’s a negative point about Ranim in his performance. a person with charisma can just show it when he’s standing still.
if you remember his segments were usually the most boring of all the segments prepared by the contestants. Just tell me if you honestly think I’m wrong about this, and don’t talk about how great his voice is, we’re not arguing about that.
Hey all! Ruby I must admit…I was skeptical at first, but that does seem pretty cool that you are tight with people in the entertainment industry, especially one of the hosts of Superstar. I guess it does make sense that the show would want to tone down any drama for the sake of the ratings and stuff. So do you live in Lebanon, that is sooo cool you got to see the show live. If you have all this inside scoop, damn give us some more info…or at least as much as you are allowed to haha. Peace!
Dear karim,
i didnt say the others were jumping… lol, I guess um not being clear. plus we are not choosing a friend to hang out with, we are choosing the good voice at the end. and let me tell you something about the segments, most of the segments were boring, and will tell u again Ammar is quiet, and not every quiet person has no personality, just trying to make this point clear.
thanks for reading
Aman..Actually Iam in Egypt now but I do have family in Beirut hence why I fly almost every 3 weeks or so to there . As for inside info..Gosh..where to begin . Mostly it went around Hussam being not how he portrays himself to be infront of camera . Stuck up and thinks none of the other guys are worth any shot . But now that Hussam is out , I wont make him a point of discussion . As for Ayman Habla as we call him ” inside joke ” even me and other media friends lol..He used to be really cool and appreciative of the opportunity to join the program especially since you all might know that he faced hardships to join . But now it got to his head and he’s being sort of stuck up and ” beyestazraf keteer ” thinking whatever hes gonna do is gonna be precived as all nice and funny which is not the truth . He’s mahboosh LOL .
Brigette is a total sweetheart . I met her backstage several times and shes a doll .
Hadi is a total sweetheart as well . Very down to earth and always trying to show his care to EVERYONE . i personally thought he’s all about looks and superficial but he’s truely a great guy and would make a great friend to anyone . Alot different from his brother : / .
That’s all I have in mind now lol…Every week heaps of stuff goes down its hard to keep track .
Also..to prove more credibility , one of my sources is my very good friend Moustafa Kayed , one of the most popular entertainment journalists in Egypt who writes in Kalam El Nas magazine . he’s common friend to me with Aiman and he has been attending most of the shows so far , so he fills me in about what really happens backstage .
Hopefully he might get to post his reviews on his fanclub online .
ya habibti ya Ruby.. of course u have the right to express yourself anyway you want .. i have to say that it was a sensitive time for all Houssam Madaniyeh fans.. and personally, your intro set me in a bad mood.. but i see where u are coming from now! & i am sorry if i have offended u
heheheh
i see that we all are sensitive sometimes& its all just opinions.. so if someone else out there i offended for some reason..i dont know it.. forgive me..
& i still love Houssam nevertheless
hey Ruby,
how about the rest of the them, Muhanad, Ammar, and Ranim, also abeer and Abdel Rahman, can you please tell us how they are
hi all,
wow ruby.. you’re really lucky! i’m so jealous! i must admit that at first, i was like most people here and didn’t take what you said very seriously but now that i think about it, you would have no reason to lie and they would want to keep drama on the downlow so to keep that image of “we’re all friends, no hard feelings, etc.”. that’s really cool that you know all this, but i’ve got a question:
are you a journalist? or do you host shows? either way it’s still cool to know all this stuff and sorry for coming down on the way you express yourself. i think that everyone was just shocked by the fact that hussam left. in the end, it’s just your opinion and you can express it anyway you want.
and syria123, thanks for the site… i was looking for the mp3s since after the show so thanks a ton…. i also have a question for syria123… how do you already know what ammar’s going to sing?
take care all
