Handbook for Bloggers & Cyber-Dissidents

Reporters Without Borders released a Handbook For Bloggers and Cyber-Dissidents yesterday (in English, French, Chinese, Arabic and Persian). Click here to download the full booklet.

The Handbook for Bloggers is for people who want to be serious participants in the emergent online global conversation: How to set up a quality, credible blog. How to get it noticed. And.. if you’re in a country where there government might not like what you're saying, how to avoid getting in trouble when you by-pass the information gatekeepers and talk directly to the world.

As Julien writes in his introduction to the booklet:

Blogging is a powerful tool of freedom of expression that has enthused millions of ordinary people. Passive consumers of information have become energetic participants in a new kind of journalism - what US blog pioneer Dan Gillmor calls “grassroots journalism… by the people, for the people”.

I recently got this interesting Linc ,I don't know why I thought it would be of interest to you ,it is published by a research project of ProCon.org, a non-profit, no government affiliation with a purpose to educate and not to express opinions they portray facts.
Most of us care about our community issues ,if we exesise common sense and good judgment then issues are reduced to a fairly crafted pro/con presentation.

this group research issues that they feel are complicated and important and work to present them "hopefully" in a balanced, comprehensive pro/con format
as it has a lot known facts , elaborated in such a simple manner ,some facts are known facts but I at times not acquainted with details ,such as water disputes etc .take your time to surf this issue ,I wish I am right by sending this linc to you,can you kindly pass to your good half aquacool.

Thanks for the link :)
I'll be checking it out further and passing it on to Eman too :)

It's always good to find people who try to be unbiased in their view of the situation.
