Driving in Slow Lanes
Why is it that when driving in rush hour you always end up in the slowest lane?!!
And then to make things worse some car ahead of you breaks down?!
And then an accident happens?!
And then you switch to another lane, only to see the lane you were in start moving faster, and the one you're in becomes the slowest?!!
Why? Why? Why?!!!

We create a new one, where it seems to be impossible for a normal human being !!
People that know the "route X" and the "express" road tunis-marsa will understand me ;)

Posted by: bizwish at April 28, 2005 11:40 AMKartago, oh yeah I know how it is in Route X and La Marsa street. Cars form two other lanes on the side of the road, and there's a 3rd added lane for 4x4s, lol.
Baptized Lucifer, well Murphy should do something about it then :P
Bizwish, well it's true I don't do like others and set my car horn off continuously, but I don't let others slide in front of me. It's just one of the secrets of the world.
Posted by: MMM at April 28, 2005 06:04 PMOh boy.. don't we all suffer from that.. it's just so aggravating.. interestingly a couple of months ago there was a news report on the issue that i was able to find one the web:
http://abcnews.go.com/Technology/Traffic/story?id=499882&page=1
basically they claim that changing lanes doesn't help you get there faster.. it just creates the illusion of speed (at least that's what they found for roadways in the US).. kind of interesting.. I guess the old patience is a virtue applies here :)
Posted by: m7ammad at April 28, 2005 08:33 PMYa, the best part is watching the other lane moving faster. It's like STUPID, why the hell did i move, uhhhhh.
BAM!!
;D
