Getting Your Résumé Read
Joel from Joel On Software just posted about how to get your résumé read.
It's a very interesting read, and i fully agree with Joel.
I've never been in a position where i decided to recruit someone or not, but i've seen quite a number of CVs in my lifetime anyway, and man do some of them suck !
I think writing a good CV is as important as all your qualifications, because it's the only way you can show your true value and present yourself as a worthy candidate for the job.
